Sarah Clinch’s progression through real estate started as a hobby and quickly blossomed into a full-time career since launching it in 2011. A graduate of Texas A&M University, she earned her master’s degree in public administration while working in the real estate industry to pay her way through school. While starting her career in the medical field, Sarah invested in real estate on the side through flips and rental property. These opportunities opened windows into the custom homebuilding industry, compounding on the analytical and customer-service skills that would help her become a new home sales counselor.
In this role, Sarah guided clients through the entire financial, design, construction, and closing processes. She developed an in-depth knowledge of home design, architecture, contract negotiations, and financing. She now leverages her experience and industry knowledge to walk her clients through even the most challenging transactions.
Sarah uses a data-driven approach to create effective strategies and ongoing guidance for a personalized real estate experience. She is passionate about making the process of buying and selling real estate easy and affordable for her clients. To that end, she leverages market research, industry contacts, effective communication, and experience to help people navigate what might otherwise be a stressful life transition.
A loving wife and mother, Sarah is both professionally and personally invested in the Oak Forest and Garden Oaks area, where she calls home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, checking out Houston’s newest restaurant, enjoying a neighborhood park, or watching the Texas A&M Aggies play.
