Sandy learned early on that sales was the perfect career fit. She spent 20 years in the staffing industry both as a top producer for Houston and the State of Texas and as an agency owner having owned Steitz Personnel and Steitz and Corbett Personnel. After selling her agency she joined Mary Kay Cosmetics earning three Cadillacs, trips, and numerous prizes as a measure of her sales and leadership skills. Continuing in direct sales, Sandy worked in the fashion industry creating and launching a new business model for the Connaught Group as well as the District Sales Leader in Houston for the Tanner Companies.
Becoming a Realtor was a logical transition for Sandy. She and her husband Dave have bought and sold 8 homes in some of Houston's best neighborhoods, including the Houston Heights, Memorial, West University, and Bellaire, so she was very familiar with the Buying and Selling process. Real Estate was a natural transition for Sandy and she has thrived ever since.
To be successful in all these areas, negotiation skills are important, but the true measure of success is the trust and relationships that are built between Sandy and her clients.
