Quan Nghiem works primarily with first-time homebuyers — people who are ready to make that first move but aren't sure where to start. He breaks it all down for his clients: the market, the product, and the financing side, so together they can figure out what actually makes sense for their situation and profile.

Quan is a hard worker who moves with urgency and doesn't waste time. He's detail-oriented and intentional about every step of the process, making sure his clients always feel informed and confident in the direction they're heading. He's not the type to just hand you a key and move on — he genuinely cares about getting you to the right outcome.

Backed by two solid teams — Happen Houston and Sixth Sense Real Estate — Quan brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to every transaction. His clients aren't just working with one agent, they have a full team in their corner.
