Meet Fernando

Fernando brings a mix of precision and problem solving to real estate. Before helping clients find their perfect home, he spent three years as an apartment locator, giving him a strong understanding of Houston’s rental and residential markets. Today, Fernando focuses on helping clients with residential homes in the Houston area he knows well and genuinely enjoys working in.

He also spent three years in the operating room assisting with surgeries, worked hands-on assembling office furniture, and even owned a mobile cell phone repair company.

Outside of real estate, Fernando loves spending time with his wife and son, hanging out with friends and family, and unwinding by playing billiards, bowling, or ping pong. He’s always learning new skills and always ready to help people make their next move with clarity and a smile.
